Please take a moment and watch this very important reminder that we are all under Heavy vernacular – at every moment; regardless of where you are.
U.S. military forces can operate with impunity, overriding Posse Comitatus and granting the military the unchecked power to arrest, detain, interrogate and even assassinate U.S. citizens with impunity.
How Crazy Is That ?
Did You See This On The NEWS ? If You Didn’t – Maybe You Need To Ask Why..
The FBI is presently utilizing a $1B (billion dollars) Next Generation Identification (NGI) system. This actively growing database contains a national law enforcement registry of mug shots; iris scans; passport data; and of course DNA samples. Most of this data comes from the IAFIS and The DOS
This database is quite similar to the one utilized in the INTERPOL System. As well it contains all the data from the US-based LEXIS-NEXIS Information System.
Basically this means that most court or background data available from any reputable US source is included. This fbi working database will also include: various types of fingerprints; corrections photographs; palm prints; vocal recordings; and anything else that law enforcement deems important to determine your true identity.
The program was deployed in spring 2012 in a few selected cities. The early version includes facial recognition software; which includes 12 million facial photographs of American citizens. Some privacy groups are already expressing concerns, including the Electronic Frontier Foundation. The EFF objects because the NGI system allows for photo submission even before you are arrested.
FYI – These photographs are gathered from any photographic source; not limited to traffic cameras; publicly available surveillance videos; Bank ATM Cams; Parking Lot Cams; and even photos taken when you enter and depart a federal facility – such as a courthouse, federal building, or city hall.
There is speculation that the photographs taken of you when you enter and depart any US Airport are also included immediately.
If any of this is true, America is in for a total loss of privacy. There is never a moment in the day that we feel safe or alone, after reading this. That is why we ask What Do the First through Tenth Amendments Mean Anymore – if the government totally ignores your right to privacy and security ?
