Apparently some of the people rumored to be performing are now Confirming that They Won’t Be Performing. Voila!  another strange update in this ever changing Magical Jackson Family drama.

If they have these people on lock, why are they saying publicly No ?
It seems very strange that these types of stars would take the time to stomp on a rumor, unless they felt some shade developing. Voila!

Jermaine is apparently suffering from the effects of too much

If these artists are not welcome in Vienna, London is more than happy to have them Jermaine Jackson Jermaine’s letter to fans The tribute concert for Michael Jackson set to take place in Vienna this month has been rescheduled for London in June 2010. Jackson’s brother Jermaine said that too many top artists had been unable to perform at the event. “Numerous stars were just not able to change their schedules to make a live appearance at the Vienna event possible,” said Jackson. The event had been due to take place on 26 September at the Schoenbrunn castle. Earlier, representatives for Mary J Blige, Chris Brown and Natalie Cole said none of the three would sing at the concert, as previously announced. “Many artists and performers who I have spoken to personally told me that it would be a great honour to be part of this memorial concert for my late brother,” Jermaine Jackson said. New venue There had been doubts over Mary J Blige and Chris Brown singing in Vienna “However, due to the short time-frame it was not possible for many of them to change their schedule so that they could be on stage in Vienna on 26 September, therefore we decided, after careful consideration, to change the date of the tribute concert to June 2010 – just a few weeks before the first anniversary of his untimely death. “Now we have eight months to put this monumental show together and not just eight weeks.” The organisers, World Tribute Productions, said all ticket holders for the Vienna concert would receive a refund. Spokeswoman Nina Elland told the BBC that discussions on the London venue were under way. “We need time to confirm the location. We are definitely moving to London and Wembley Stadium is our favourite location.” ‘Bizarre’ reports Michael Jackson performed at the original Wembley Stadium 15 times. Another reason for relocating the show was the “bizarre” press reports in Austria about the event, the Austrian promoters said. No motion to do so has yet been filed. Rihanna’s lawyer has told Newsbeat the singer has been ordered to appear in court at her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown’s assault trial.

Donald Etra said the singer received the subpoena earlier this week: “She was served with the order, by prior arrangement, at my office on Tuesday.”

It means Rihanna is legally required to attend court as a witness.

Chris Brown denies attacking Rihanna in a parked car on the night before the Grammy Awards in LA in February.

The 20-year-old RnB star is charged with assault and making criminal threats.

Performance cancelled

He has pleaded not guilty, but if convicted faces up to four years in prison.

Although Rihanna has not spoken publicly about the alleged incident, her lawyer has said she would be prepared to testify.

The Umbrella singer was forced to cancel a scheduled performance at the Grammys after her ex-boyfriend was arrested.

The 21-year-old later issued a statement thanking fans for their support.

Chris Brown has since posted a video of himself online hitting back at his “haters” and denying being a “monster“.

“Everybody that’s haters, they just been haters. All my real fans, I love ya’ll. I ain’t a monster,” he said.

Rihanna is due to appear as a witness at Los Angeles Superior Court for a preliminary hearing in the case on 22 June.

Chris Brown Denies Involvement in Alleged Rihanna Nudes

Late last week, self-taken nude photos of a woman alleged to be award-winning pop star Rihanna were posted on the internet, and while no one from RiRi’s camp has denied or confirmed it’s the “Umbrella” singer in the pics, a rep for her estranged boyfriend Chris Brown is lashing out against online reports that he had anything to do with these photos making their way to the world wide web.

“This is both a false and defamatory statement,” reads a statement from Brown’s rep to Essence.com. “Chris has not released or ‘leaked’ any photos of Rihanna (or anyone else for that matter).”

What is not addressed in the statement is whether or not the pics are indeed of Rihanna and whether or not that is indeed Chris with what appears to be a pair of panties draped over his head in one photo.

But the stunning singer, 21, may want to keep her brolly up, for there’s another dark cloud brewing overhead…

We hear birthday presents RiRi bought for her troubled ex Chris Brown before they split up were sent to him by her people this week – without her say-so.

Doh! So Chris celebrated his 20th on Tuesday with a rather lovely limited edition pair of Nike Air Force Ones, worth £1,000, and an extremely pricey Tag Heuer watch – both from Ri.

And it hasn’t gone down well with her new fella, basketball player Andrew Bynum.

We’re told: “Andrew hit the roof, he couldn’t believe Chris got gifts from Rihanna. She’s reassuring him Chris is in the past. Andrew is questioning if they got together too soon.”

Chris Brown’s lawyer: Rihanna’s photo poisoned the jury pool

Chris Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos filed a motion Wednesday in the Los Angeles Superior Court seeking access to internal LAPD records.

Geragos believes that the photo of a badly beaten Rihanna was illegally leaked to the media by an LAPD officer.

Geragos says the photograph was sold by someone at the LAPD. The shot was all over the Web, and on TV shows and still remains on the TMZ website.

‘’The purpose of the leak was necessarily for profit and to vilify Mr. Brown and poison the potential jury pool,” he told Us Weekly.

Needless to say, Brown’s lawyer feels this is cause for a dismissal of the case.  Brown’s prelim hearing is on May 28th.

THEY say revenge is a dish best served cold. After keeping a dignified silence, RIHANNA has finally hit back at ex-boyfriend CHRIS BROWN after he was accused of beating her up.

Her reply comes in a demo of a new track, Silly Boy, which has been posted on the net by her rapper pal KANYE WEST.

The song, with guest vocals by LADY GAGA, is about a girl who refuses to take back her ex-fella because he didn’t know how to treat her. Sound familiar?

It goes: “I said I’m not coming back. You fooled me once but you can’t have that ego turning.

“Just too bad for you, that when you had me. Didn’t know what to do, she’s over you.

“’Cause you had a good girl, good girl, girl. That’s a keeper. You had a good girl, good girl but didn’t know how to treat her.

“So silly boy get out my face. Why do you like the way regrets taste?”

Rihanna and fellow R&B singer Brown split earlier this year after he was arrested for allegedly laying into her after a Grammys party in LA. He is due in court later this month charged with assault.

A leaked photo later showed Rihanna with an horrifically bruised and bloodied face.

If Brown hopes Rihanna will take him back, her song will hammer home a very different message.

It’s no coincidence Kanye has posted it after nude photos of the Disturbia star hit the net at the weekend. Brown denies rumours he leaked the pics to smear his ex.

Chris Brown Gets Back to Working It, Sorta

Now that the Rihanna media frenzy of 2009 has boiled down to a simmer (sans new lewd photo leaks), Chris Brown is getting back to work.

Scooter Smiff — the 13 year-old dancer who appeared alongside Chris in his 2007 Grammy performance — has posted a new YouTube video featuring himself and pal Chris Brown breaking it down for the camera. Not only does Chris seem in good spirits, but he dances as though he doesn’t have a care in the world.

It looks like he also had a little time to get some new ink as well. At the beginning of the video he appears next to some on-screen text stating “NEW TATS OUCH!!!!!!!!!!” Oh Christopher, you young frivolous man, can’t you at least go to Men’s Warehouse and flop on a suit and appear to have a little class and dignity. Hey, I’m all for popping and locking to a little Lady Gaga (yeah, that happens) but let’s be careful what we put online from now on OK.
