A Texas cop tasers a 72 year old great grandmother for refusing to sign a traffic ticket. This is totally over the limit of any kind of sensibility.
a 200+lb 50+ y.o. Male Cop who can’t handcuff a lil 100 lb 72 year old great grandmother ? he needs to be retired. he is the taser instructor, and he does this ? what is the reality of any of this ?
today is not a typical Monday around here, because we’re tired of reading about people dying because Cops Abuse Their Power.

Notice that this woman is clearly walking away from the cop when she is tasered in best buy; a department store.
why was she tasered ?
For Using Her Own Credit Card, and Demanding they check with the card company to verify it when they refused to accept her card. for demanding they do their jobs, she was made an example of; in of all places, BestBuy.
this has made me think twice about giving them anymore of my hard earned dollars. the christmas season will surely test their patience; so will they employ an army of taser’ers for the holidays to calm the hectic shoppers ?
why has this become such a problem as of late ?

most of us don’t realize that prior to the Bush II administration this had simmered down alot. lawsuits, and legal advisers were challenging the cops and their overuse of force. it appears that the cops have rallied back and are pushing the limits of any kind of Miranda Rights.
the overuse of force is what causes death
there is never a legal reason to taser anyone until they pass out; especially when they are not resisting arrest, or doing anything illegal.

Police will not tell you that they don’t have any legal basis for talking to you; and are usually just trying to get you to volunteer to admit to something, illegal. they have no legal right to accost you or prevent you from saying nothing. they will try to get you to talk by saying all kinds of things;
just look at them and ask “Officer Am I Free To Go, as I have Nothing To Say”.
when a cop walks up to you to start questioning you, they are hoping that you will Voluntarily Answer Their Questions – your participation is what makes it an investigation. Tell Them You Have Nothing To Say.
when you say this, they either have to let you go, or tell you they are charging you and read you your Miranda rights.
No Miranda Rights No Charges..
you have to assert your rights, your silence is their tacet approval method. they assume you are not saying anything so you must be guilty.
WRONG. assert your rights immediately by saying You Have Nothing To Say
if they attempt to detain you after this, you must ask them:
Officer, Why Am I Being Detained ? what penal code section have I violated and where is your proof of this crime ?
Never Consent to a Search, consent is saying in their eyes that You Are Guilty and Accepting of their charges.
if you want to make charges of your own against the cops who are harrassing you – ask for their badge numbers and names; it is your legal right to get this information.
you will notice that the police are recording and so that gives you the right to record them. it’s seen as a legal representation of the situation or a declaration. this legal declaration of the incident can be presented in court and as well used to clarify what happened in the situation; so that both sides are equally represented.
They may object to it, but you do have a right to film a police arrest, or questioning. it is your right to present your side of the story, and this film does it without question. its the same as their dash cam video.
Why would someone taser a pregnant woman; let along taser a pregnant woman in handcuffs in the back of a police car ?
only cowards behave this way not professionals.
Remember the police are there NOT to protect you; but to monitor and detain you.
